Forex Robotic Trading Update April 2010

Hello everyone - I hope your trading is going well for 2010 so far. We continue to test Forex robots at a relentless pace and my conclusion overall is that just about every single one of them is garbage. What also began as a very eager project back in October with FAP Turbo Evolution has stalled, with the robot failing to deliver the promised results. Even the "Fusion V" EA from the Forex Robot World Cup slammed our account with a hard loss and completely let us down - my advice is to stay away from that one.

My focus now really is to develop EA's (Forex Trading Robots - Expert Advisors that run on the Metatrader 4 platform) based on our OWN manual systems that work. We are in the process of doing so right now. I am also testing out a new system from Don Steinitz called the "Fractal Pterodactyl" EA based on his Fractal custom indicator system that has been very promising.

Finally, I also highly recommend the e-book titled "Bird Watching In Lion Country" by Dirk du Toit. Google it and you will find his site - its by far one of the best forex books I have read, period. Well worth the small cost.
